About This Project
Built to solve a critical delivery challenge: how do you know if a project is on track before deadlines slip? FlowTrack synthesizes three distinct perspectives into actionable health indicators. Team members submit weekly progress and blocker reports, while clients rate responsiveness and delivery quality. The system's proprietary scoring engine computes three core metrics: Delivery Reliability Score, Client Happiness Index, and Team Load Risk. Admins receive an early-warning dashboard highlighting flagged issues before escalation. Built on Next.js, Express, MongoDB, shadcn/ui, and Zod schema validation.
